Why do you want to be Marshal Commander?: Mainly because I can lead missions as marshal commander as I have experience in doing that and I would also like the opportunity to help the other commanders in regiments improve there battalion to there fullest ability. I have been Darth Vader on my own server I had before that got about 20 players a day and we did pretty well. I have also been 501st Commander Rex, 21st Commander Bacara, Shock Commander Thorn, Commander Doom, Medical VCMDR on gaminglight and also 101st Commander on Saga Networks.
What regiment are you applying for?: Not a Regiment, Marshal Commander.
If the members of your battalion were acting up and being toxic how would you handle this?: I would have a talk with them and let them know if they keep it up it will be a strike/demotion but for now it will be a verbal warning. I prefer to strike somebody if it keeps up but if it becomes a bigger issue I will simply demote them. BUT if it becomes an even bigger issue for example any kind of Mass RDM or something it would then be taken up with a staff member I would talk to.
Why do you think you are fit to be Marshal Commander?: Because I have past experience of not only being high command but being a commander of other regiments and I know my way around the leadership square if that makes sense and I can help the other commanders of there respective battalions and help them not only improve in leadership for there battalion but also improve them as a whole. I believe if I get this position I can make things good for the Galactic Republic and I can lead missions and have other commanders improve while doing it. I can also be extremely active as I am on mostly all day and all throughout the night so I can speak with high command and improve things throughout the board of agenda. If Commanders have questions they can come to me about them and I would be glad to answer them also I can sit down with the other commanders talk with them and they could give suggestions to me on what could improve there battalion or if they need help with documents I am very good at those also.
